Need, kes riisiputru armastavad, võiks seda teha kohe kahekordse koguse. Lapsed söövad seda meelsasti suhkru ja kaneeliga ülepuistatult, täiskasvanud ka võisilmaga.

Retsept
portsjonile
2 dl Pudruriis
4 dl Vesi
4 dl Piim
Sool
Suhkur
Või
Kaneel (jahvatatud, soovi korral)
Pese riis rohke külma veega. Pane koos veega potti ja keeda psegades umbes 5 minutit ehk kuni vedelik on imendunud. Lisa piim ja hauta aeg-ajalt segades 30–40 minutit, kuni oled saanud paksu pudru. Maitsesta soola-suhkruga ning sega soovi korral hulka ka kaneeli või võid.

2,5 dl riisi 5 dl vett 4 dl piima + vajadusel lõpus lisada 0,5 tl soola 3 spl suhkrut 1 tl vaniljesuhkrut ka-
neeli 3 dl vahukoort Pese riis potis ja keeda tasasel tulel aegajalt segades. Lisa sool ja piim. Keeda KOGU AEG MADALAL KUUMUSEL JA VALVA! Aegajalt sega, lisa suhkrud ja vajadusel veel piima. Jahta totatemperatuurini ja tunnike külmikus. Vahusta 3 dl vahukoort koos suhkruga ja klop pudru hulka. serveeri kaneeli, nomu sweeti, moosi või kisselliga.
